The Blansko information office “Blanka” has been providing services since 1999.
The work of the office is to provide free information, primarily in relation to tourism. We provide information on accommodation, restaurants, cultural and social events, and companies in the region. We provide information about telephone numbers and transport connections and mediate contact with other information centres all over the Czech Republic. Our aim is to find an answer to any question asked by our customers, even if it does not relate directly to tourism.
We can also perform telephone reservations of tickets for the Punkva Caves in co-operation with the information centre in the Moravian Karst and supply information on the system of transport and reservations in the Moravian Karst. We mediate accommodation throughout the Moravian Karst and the surrounding area, draw up leisure programmes, and provide recommendations for excursions in the surrounding area.
Our information office is a member of the Association of Tourist Information Centres (ATIC) and is certificated as a category B information centre. It also holds the official symbol of information centres from the Czech Tourist Authority – CzechTourism.
We provide information in three world languages (English, German, Italian) and administer the web
